Latest case studies
Front-end first AI for care planning
ELLLA led user-centred design of novel outpatient planning workflows resulting in a highly usable prototype front-end. This enabled a specification for back-end development that was aligned with user needs, reducing development time and costs.
User insights on a voice analysis tool
ELLLA used interviews and user tests with health care professionals on an in-development voice analysis tool. Insights from the interviews allowed the developer to align their product and business development roadmaps to user needs and expectations.
Usable caregiver support
ELLLA is conducting user tests in our mobile UX lab on the Partner in Balance application for caregivers of people living with dementia. Insights from these tests will help improve usability, and generate a specification for a new feature, an AI-powered virtual coach.

We get to know each other. Tell us about your product or idea, current needs, challenges and opportunities. We think with you about what would be most valuable for you right now for you, and how we could help.
If it seems like we can provide value, we will work on a proposal together, for user testing, partnership or advice. Together we will define goals, research questions, key deliverables and expectations.
We liaise with colleagues at Amsterdam UMC and IXA (Innovation Exchange Amsterdam), to draw up a budget and a contract. We work out a detailed project plan including key roles and milestones.
