User insights on a voice analysis tool

ELLLA was asked to help start-up Voice Your Future understand clinical and management user needs, and validate usability of their innovative HR tool.
Stakeholders engaged
ELLLA conducted interviews and user tests with physicians, nurses, young professionals and HR-representatives from two academic medical centers. Participants used Voice Your Future’s speech-based assessment tool, designed to support recruitment and matching in the health care workforce.

Results
ELLLA was able to derive insights that:
- Demonstrated generally positive attitudes to the tool in its current form, showing the promise for this to become a trusted digital solution for health care
- Prioritized specific recommendations for the developer on how to improve application design to meet user needs
- Provided a clear and pragmatic roadmap to generating further evidence required by customers and users. to build trust and drive adoption
